Your wellbeing comes first.
Keep play affordable
Gambling is for adults aged 18 and over. Set an affordable spending limit and a time limit before playing. Never use money needed for food, rent, bills or other essentials.
Recognise when to stop
Chasing losses, borrowing to gamble or hiding your gambling are reasons to pause and seek support. Gambling should never be treated as income or a way to solve money problems.
Take a break or request exclusion
Ask the operator about deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion. If you are trying to stop, avoid promotional messages and get support from someone you trust.
